MAZDA BROOK, NJ — Late Thursday night, in a suburban home in northern New Jersey, 7 year old Derrick Cha’s tiny toes slipped out from the bottom of his blankie.
“They were warm, and now they’re cold. I don’t like this,” cried Cha.
Derrick awoke the next morning clutching his frigid lower phalanges and howling for his mother.
